You dont need to diet to lose weight.I was 235 in mid July,by first of August i was 228,and now I am 219.I eat 1600 calories a day along with exercising.I did cut out most junk food that I found i didnt need to eat and I do have the occassiona snack then its only 1 serving.
1600 is a diet to most people lol
i dont believe in diets either, now good nutrition and EXERCISE goes a long way, starving? dont think so.

For real people??? YOu need to excersise to loose weight! It’s common sense. Excersise and eat right!!!! Yea that means ur gonna have to get off the computer and go for a jog!
jog for 10 miles!!! that’ll drop the lbs
my knees will die if i jogged 10 miles…and iam only 21!. i prefer pilates/yoga.
